Account Information

When a Merchant registers for Estackly, we collect details such as name, restaurant/business name, email address, phone number, business address, and billing information required to set up and manage the account and subscription.

Order & Customer Information

When a Customer places an order via a QR menu, online ordering page, or reservation form, we (on behalf of the Merchant) may collect the Customer's name, phone number, email address, table number, delivery address, and order details required to process and fulfil the order.

Usage & Device Information

We automatically collect information about how the Service is accessed and used, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.

Payment Information

Subscription and order payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment partners.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including order processing, billing, KOT/kitchen display, inventory and staff management.
• To create and manage Merchant accounts and subscriptions.
• To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To send transactional communications — order confirmations, receipts, OTPs, and account notices.
• To send service updates, offers, and marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
• To analyse usage trends and improve the Service, including new features.
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Merchants: Customer order details (name, phone, order, table/delivery info) are shared with the relevant restaurant to fulfil the order.
• Service Providers: Hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment processing (e.g. Razorpay), and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & Compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Estackly, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection under this policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your selected city or cart), and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.
